Have been using this on my skin as my legs tend to get really dry in the winter and so far it has been keep them moisturized. I haven’t been using it too much on my hair cause I actually don’t enjoy the scent as much as I thought I would. I don’t smell much vanilla, only the chocolate and I’m still getting used to the scent.
I have extremely brittle dry hair that snaps even when I comb my hair. Applying the Haitian oil allows me to comb my hair without any problems or breakage
I was used to using Jamaican black castor oil, but decided to try this one because I like scented products and chocolate vanilla sounded nice. After about 2 weeks worth of use, the product was consistently good. It just didn't keep my hair as moisturized as the Jamaican black castor oil. If I applied this product in the morning, my hair would feel slightly hard and dry by the night. I would have to apply it twice a day, where the Jamaican black castor oil I would only have to apply once every other day. Maybe the other ingredients added to the castor oil to achieve the scent, altered the results for my hair. I will say that it smells amazing though!! I think I'll purchase the original castor oil and see if I get better results. I most certainly would buy from this company again, because the product is still good. I buy a lot of hair products and it's a lot of trial and error. Everything isn't for everybody. I only gave it 3 starts because it didn't wow me but it is good.
The smell of this is amazing I’ve just started using it do i don’t see results as of yet but when i do I’ll update my review
