Mezami!? Where did this year go?

The holidays are officially here, and we are so thrilled that you will be shopping with us. This is our busiest time of the year and although we expect higher volume of orders, we want to continue to offer you the best shopping experience, so here are some tips and details to help:

Order Processing Time:

During the holiday season we’ll need a minimum of 5 business days (Weekends & Holidays not included) to process orders. Every order will be shipped out in the order received and subject to product availability. We’ll continue to process orders daily, and you might even receive your order sooner. If there are any unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Signature Confirmation:

Extra! Extra! We recently installed Signature Confirmation to our shipping options We strongly recommend adding this service to your order to minimize lost, missing or undelivered packages – especially if you have had issues with packages being stolen. You can also arrange a safe place or alternative address like work for your package to be shipped. Unfortunately, we can't do anything on our end once a package is marked as delivered. 

Missed your USPS delivery? Visit USPS.COM to get the mail you missed redelivered.

 Speaking of USPS…

USPS and all shipping carriers will certainly be slower than usual with scanning packages due to the increased volume that they will experience nationwide. Please allow 48 hours for you tracking information to reflect up to date information. We’ll send your tracking number as soon your order has processed. Once in transit, use our tracking page to stay on top of your order.

 ACCURATE ADDRESS, HUN. Please Double Check All Your Information

Please double check to make sure that your name, apartment numbers, street numbers & emails are all correct. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it in a timely manner. We also don't want your package to be delayed or returned to us for these reasons. Re-reshipping fees & wait times will apply. 

We Cannot Change Orders
Please make sure that you order the correct products & quantities. Due to the volume of orders we will get, we cannot change any orders. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel your order and you will be able to reorder with the correct products.

We also will not be able to combine any orders into one box. If you decide to place another order, we cannot refund shipping on the second order placed.

Lastly, our pricing will be adjusting over the weekend. Unfortunately, we do not have a price adjustment policy. We will not be able to modify nor provide partial refunds. We will have to cancel your order completely. If you decide to repurchase please be aware that we have limited quantities available.

We can’t help it and love assisting our #KETRIBE, but please be patient with us. We will do our best to continue to respond to emails and inquiries within 24-48 hours. All hands will be on deck over here to ensure your packages are shipped out to you as quickly as possible – this will be our top priority!
