The rosemary mint oil black castor smells great and makes my hair refreshing. I love this hair oil and my hair grows so fast. Love it.
I waited a week and a half for 2 day express shipping and received less then half of my items I ordered. I ordered during their 1804 sale there was another deal if you order $100 or more you will receive free shipping. My total come out to $108 in which I thought okay these will come in fairly quickly which I was wrong to assume. The purchase took place on Black Friday I received the three out of seven items Dec 6. Ok as a Haitian American business owner myself I was lenient on only receiving half the products because of the thanks giving Black Friday and cyber Monday. I’ve commented on their Facebook, I’ve even written an email of my discrepancy to only get an email asking for an honest review. So here’s my honest review out of the products I received they smell amazing, great for their applications but the company itself has horrible customer support. They don’t respond to discrepancies at all. I never received the other half of my items purchased and I am not the only one experiencing the same issue whenever I check the comments on their social media’s I see the same style complaints from different customers. I’m surprised nobody has reported your entity to the better business bureau nor how there isn’t class action lawsuit for promising goods taking funds from customers but not being able to deliver or offer a partial refund for the items not received. I will not be purchasing from them again and I hope you read my HONEST review before making a purchase

I have been purchasing from Kreyol Essence for a few years now and I must say their products and customer service is top tier! It’s rare to find a company that offers great products and service. I’ve had a few issues regarding missing products from order, and they make it right every time, without taking the customer through all of the hassles and hoops before shipping out the missing products. They also make sure the products are shipped in a timely manner. I applaud them and hope they keep up the great work. I use the facial products. The Haitian Moringa Oil is my go to for my face. I add two drops to my face moisturizer in the mornings for that extra glow. I love the moisturizer spritz and the mousse. My son is in love with the black castor oil as it brought back in his hair in a spot that was shedding from when he was scratching it in his sleep. I love the S.O.S scalp serum (I have 4 bottles stocked), Spot Treatment, and the treatment spray.

I only received the pomad kreyol, therefore I cannot review the other products. I did send in a separate email my complaint.
I've lost count at how many bottles of this I have bought. Every time there is a sale I grab 3! I have had issues with scant edges since I was a teen and this is the ONLY product I've ever used that actually works. I've gone from bald edges to being able to make new locs in those areas. If you are unsure definitely grab a bottle during a sale. I've purchased for myself and my mom!

I bought this during the 1908 sale because the other SOS serum works so well. I think I need more time/another bottle to assess if it works well. I would repurchase during another sale to see.

If I could give a zero, I would. First for customer service whixh I felt was missing. I placed two order one of which I received and it was missing the brow and lash oil. Contacted customer service via chat and phone and I got no reply. I then contacted them via email and just got a generic email. The second order never arrived and I have contacted the company and I have not heard back from them about the order that was never received. I have used their product before and this time am pretty much disappointed with their very bad customer service.
I was taken aback by the softness of my hair after washing it. I couldn't believe it, and a week later, the softness was still there. Although it's in the beginning stages, I wish I had begun using these products sooner. I am content and eagerly anticipate more results.
