Women's Health: Jada Pinkett Smith, 49, Just Shared Her Complete 'Skin Restarter Routine' On Youtube

Jada Pinkett Smith, 49, is totally "skin goals." She celebrated her 49th birthday in September and has not one visible wrinkle or blemish. The actress is also not one to keep her age-defying routine a secret. (Bless!)

Jada detailed her go-to products in her "Skin Restarter Routine" in a new Youtube video. In her words, "Hopefully there is a little something in here for everyone on this #selfcaresunday✨."

Her skin certainly sparkles, and the full table of products is one reason. Her "home-based skin routine" is just one of the many different rituals she follows. "I really have learned to take care of my skin," Jada says.

Jada writes: "Here is one of my skin restarter routines that I use after wearing makeup everyday on shoots and so forth. I USE THIS ROUTINE ONCE EVERY 2 - 3 MONTHS. For instance... when I returned from shooting The Matrix, I hit this routine."

Before she gets into any product recs she offers easy advice for beauty from the inside out: "You have to drink tons of water. I drink 12 bottles of water a day."

She also gives the skin on her face, neck, and chest an extra dose of H2O in the form of steam. "Steam is so healthy for the skin. It’s the thing that gives you the glow, it’s the thing that keeps wrinkles away," Jada explains in the video.

Then, Jada gets into cleansing with extra steam between each product. She uses Tatcha Deep Cleanse, followed by Dermalogica Precleanse, microderm with the Kendal Professional HB-SF01, and the Neutrogena Pore Cleanser/Mask.

After that, she nourishes her skin with a homemade avocado and honey mask: "1/2 avocado 🥑 2 tablespoons of honey 🍯."
