Starting March 1, Kreyol Essence will be discontinuing phone support. We value our tribe and know we can best serve our customers with personalized care through our various channels. Should you need any assistance with your purchase or questions about our products, the following resources are available:

Live chat support: We can speak with you directly via chat on Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. A Kreyol Essence team member will respond to you the next business day if you start a chat outside of business hours. You can begin a new conversation by clicking the chat button on the bottom right corner of our website and typing away!
