To receive delivery in time for Christmas, order by the dates listed below and choose the following shipping options:

 Pre-Order Definition: 

The pre-order service offered by Kreyol Essence allows you to order product that is currently out of stock at the current discount/promotional rate.

 Estimated ship date for Pre-Ordered Products is currently Wednesday, December 18^th

Order Confirmation Email: 

Once you hit that Pay Now button to complete your order at kreyolessence.com you will receive an email confirming your order. Please carefully review this email and confirm your name, shipping address, apartment number, phone number, etc.

Messed up on your shipping address? Yikes! Let us know ASAP, We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it in a timely manner but we'll do our best.

Tracking Number: 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you ONLY after we have picked, packed and given your order some extra Love. This is our order processing time. Once you receive that tracking number in your email, your order is ready to be given to the carrier. If you provided your phone number at check-out you will be able to track on your phone. 

Please allow 48 hours for you tracking information to reflect up to date information. This is the post office system and not ours. We are here to please but shipping carriers we can’t control, cherie. 

Processing Time: 

During the holiday season, we need 5 business days to pick, pack and prepare your order after you complete your order.

Transit Time: 

Once you have received your tracking number, please follow the shipping timeframe provided at check out, this is your transit time.
