- 1 pineapple, carved
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1-3 teaspoons moringa*
- chia seeds & coconut flakes for toppings
- Carve the pineapple, save the fruit for the smoothie.
