In the last decade, women-owned businesses have grown at a rate that is five times faster than the national average, with Black women leading the way as the fastest-growing segment of entrepreneurs. Yet Black women founders continue to face persistent challenges, like limited access to capital and systemic barriers to entry. How can we work to break these barriers, provide access to resources, and expand networking opportunities?
