As Chief Operating Officer of Kreyol Essence, LLC., Stéphane is living his dream of utilizing his creative intuition and business experience to directly impact the economic development and brand awareness of Haiti. He has used his business and creative talents to help plan and coordinate the logistics of complex projects and deploy integrated marketing and communications campaigns for over 200 regional and international clients.
Stéphane served as Marketing Coordinator for the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania where he increased the pipeline of educators in the Philadelphia region. As the Lead Creative Designer and Account Executive for Azuna, a media firm based in Seoul, South Korea, Stéphane led international marketing campaigns for brands such as Proctor and Gamble, McDonald’s International, Comcast, and Gamesa/Mexico. Stéphane served as Creative Director of Nouveau Concepts, a boutique marketing firm and managed a cross functional team to develop casue-based markteing campaigns lauded by Ivy League institutions, political organizations, small businesses and international non-profits.
An impassioned social entrepreneur, Stéphane has served as an advisor for the Lambda Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a founder of the Alumni Board for Summer Search Philadelphia (a national leadership development program that helps low-income young people graduate high school, go to college, gain successful careers, and give back to society), served as Communications Director for the Philadelphia Young Democrats, and Community Development Chair for the Haitian Professionals of Philadelphia.
Stéphane holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and a 2010 Pennsylvania State Fellow of the Center for Progressive Leadership.
